THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across channels such as email, paid media, social, and web. The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with content, product marketing, and sales teams to align digital campaigns with company objectives and ensure measurable business impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, edit, and manage compelling content across multiple channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website pages to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword search, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance to improve search rankings.
- Email Marketing: Build and execute email campaigns with segmentation strategies while tracking performance metrics.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop platform strategies, engage online communities, and analyze metrics to optimize performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Visual Content Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to develop multimedia content for digital campaigns.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze marketing metrics across channels to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities.
- Team Development: Train team members on digital marketing tools, design implementations, and best practices.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay current with digital marketing trends and experiment with new tools and strategies.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B markets with demonstrable results in content creation, SEO/SEM optimization, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Advanced proficiency with Drupal, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Canva and similar tools.
- Ability to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong SEO/SEM knowledge with experience in keyword search, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Email marketing expertise including list segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Agility in adapting campaigns based on performance data and market changes.
- Training and mentorship abilities to develop team members and share knowledge of latest digital marketing tools and implementations.
- Creative problem-solving approach with willingness to experiment with new tools, strategies, and innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to create compelling, engaging content across multiple formats and platforms.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with experience coordinating between sales, product management, and other teams.
